Get to Know Me

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in private practice in the state of Kentucky, and I have been counseling for approximately four years. I have experience working with adults and couples experiencing life transitions, marital conflict, self-identity issues, anxiety, and depression. I have also worked with children and adolescents ranging from 10-16 years old.

I want you to feel comfortable and heard in therapy, so I tailor my approach to fit your needs and personality. Given my theological training, I am also able to incorporate spirituality into sessions if desired. It is always an honor and privilege to come alongside of clients and witness and encourage their bravery as they seek change, healing, and flourishing in their everyday lives.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario, Canada.

I received my Master of Divinity in Biblical Counseling from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where I studied psychology, counseling, and Christian theology. I also completed additional graduate-level coursework at Campbellsville University.  I am a certified SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator.

When I am not working I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also love to read, run, and make homemade Italian food!
